The BEA LZR®-H110 is a horizontal scanner especially developed for installation in barrier systems. The laser scanner offers a real alternative to induction loops:
Saves time during installation, as digging or excavating the concrete is not necessary
Detects vehicle types through time-of-flight measurement.
Great adaptability via adjustable detection fields, and opening and monitoring functions
Based on laser technology, the LZR-H100 sensor was especially developed for the opening, protection, and presence detection of automatic barriers. It offers two separate adaptable detection areas with separate outputs. This way, when managing the barrier system, an opening command can be given as a vehicle enters the opening area, and a hold-open command can be given when it has stopped in the detection field. The width and depth of the detection fields can also be extremely flexible and can be set up to a maximum of 9.9 m x 9.9 m.
